YOUR Students' Union is run by students for students. Our vision for our members is to provide each student with opportunities to grow, develop and achieve, throughout life. As a Buddy Team Leader you will have the opportunity to shape our SU Buddy peer support activities. You will be part of a team responsible for running SU Buddy Socials. We have access to funding available to help you make these events amazing and we'll make sure to support you at each step of the process!
You are expected to develop your networks with both students and staff to help raise the profile of the SU Buddy Scheme.
You will help shape the direction of the SU Buddies Scheme going forward. You’re feedback and feedback from all our Buddies is so important to us.
If you’re passionate about supporting your fellow peers, improving student wellbeing and want to have a positive impact on how students live their university experience, we’d love you to get involved.
We’ll train and support you to develop your knowledge and skills, run events, help you with promotion, and link you up with a network of like-minded people
