We know that there’s a lot of info to take in, so hopefully we’ll be able to go through everything you need to know in this quick guide.

Register on our Website

Before we get into everything Your Freshers, it would be useful to take a moment to register on our website. You need to be signed in to book your event tickets later on, so it might be a good idea to do this first.

Head to the ‘Sign In’ button at the top of the page. If you’re already enrolled at the University and have your student email address, we’d encourage you to use this, as it’s easier in the long term. But don’t worry if you don’t have that yet – you can also register with a personal email address.

Your Freshers

Right, now for the good stuff. Let’s start with the dedicated Your Freshers subsite. We’ve put together a specific area of our website that has all the info you need to help you familiarise yourself with Your Freshers, including details about events, top tips, Your SU’s services and opportunities, and frequently asked questions.

This is probably the best place to start, so why not head over to www.sunderlandsu.co.uk/yourfreshers
