Thursday 10th October is World Mental Health Day. Alongside Team Sunderland and CitySpace Fitness, we're bringing you a range of great activities throughout the week to help us all look after our mental health by having fun, keeping active and find out about available support.
Join us in Your SU @ CitySpace (Thurs 10th Oct, 12:00-15:00) for games, crafts, stalls from student support and local wellbeing services, a wellbeing walk and more! Find out more about our World Mental Health Day Activities
Get a One Week FREE pass to CitySpace Fitness Facilities! Download the Technogym App to join the 'Move For Your Mind' challenge, and track your MOVE's in the gym, in a class or even outdoors!
Access the Team Sunderland Just Play Programme for FREE all week! Join in with all Just Play activities for free from 7th-13th Oct, such as pickleball, wellbeing walks and much more!
Get involved with the Classathon Fundraiser for Student Minds! Raise money for Student Minds on Sun 13th Oct in a back-to-back fitness class session from 15:00-17:00 in CitySpace!
