Website Dashboard

Using your society website dashboard is an important part of getting the message out there about your events and activities.

Once you have purchased your society membership, let us know and we can assign you dashboard access for you to edit your society webpage, view/contact your members and add events.

Adding an event to your society webpage

Any society events added to your webpage appear on the Your Events page on the SU website too, which means even more eyes on your activities!

Make sure you add your society name in the title of your event, e.g. ‘Pot Noodle Society: Meet and Greet’ so that students know whose event they’re signing up for.

Sending an email to your society members from the dashboard

When adding your events, please only tick the ‘Your Societies’ tag, as this helps keep the website tidy.

Please use the image square under the resources on your web events, if you don’t already have one. For reference, the optimum image size for event images on the website is 1667 x 1667 pixels. It just helps make the site look a bit more vibrant!

Your SU Logos

If you'd like to use a 'Your SU' logo in the design of a form you're wanting to put out as a society, you're more than welcome to. Please find the two logo options under the 'Resources' section of this page.
