Union Council

Union Council is a key representation hub of Your SU, working to influence policy, priorities and activities for the Students' Union, ensuring all our students' voices are heard. 

We meet roughly once every two months during term time to discuss the changes you would like to see to improve your experience and we'd love to hear your ideas!

Get Involved

We currently have spaces for you to join our Union Council committee if you:

  • Are involved with academic representation (Student Voice Reps or Course Reps)
  • Are a member of a society or sports club committee
  • Are a volunteer with Your SU
  • Plus you’ll need to be enthusiastic about democracy and supporting other students!
